Oversized on top, fitted on the bottom. The top is cut wide through the shoulder and body so the neckline can sit off one shoulder without dragging the whole thing down.
The shorts sit at the natural waist on an elastic band and stay close to the leg. Rayon jersey with a bit of stretch, so it gives where it needs to.
True to size. Size down if you want the top closer to the body, though it'll sit less easily off the shoulder.
